iPod Which Accessories for my Shuffle

I am getting ready to purchase my first iPod and I decided on the Shuffle. I figure for $99.00 what the heck. I plan on using it for working out as my old Sony Walkman has finally died. I have read that the iPod brand armbands are very tight. I do a great deal of running on the treadmill and I was thinking of trying to find another brand of armband or maybe a covered lanyard.

What do you guys use to hold your shuffle when working out? Also do you suggest any other accessories for a first time owner?

Apple's Sportcase is an excellent choice, especially if you sweat a lot.
