Which Aftermarket Car Stereos Work Great With iPhone?

Particularly over Blutooth. A friend has a Camry and every time he connects for voice calls, it plays the music library. He had to erase the music from the phone as he relies of voice calls while driving.

Any ideas?

I just installed the Pioneer FHX700BT in my car, and love it! Works with Bluetooth, so you can listen to music, Pandora, etc, and it also has a microphone so you can make phone calls.
