Really impressed with the upgrade and price drop of the new Air. I'm looking at buying one for light development work (learning Python and Ruby...maybe using it for some C and Java, nothing intense). I mostly use the computer for web browsing and I don't need a lot of hard drive space. Which one should I get? My Mac Mini currently has 8GB, so I'd at least like that. I don't want to spend too much. Any advice?

I'd say definitely go with a 13" model. Sounds like that for your needs the base 13" configuration would be fine.
