I've had this Quad Core for about a year now. I bought it second hand and the former owner told me he had bought it around April, 2008, if I remembered correctly.

I want to install airport card but don't know which one is the right one.
Mainly, I see two: MB363Z/A 802.11n and MA688Z/B

On B&H website, the latter one is only for Nehalem processor and I surely know that mine is not Nehalem. Can I cross install it?(This one's cheaper)

I'm guessing that mine is MacPro 3rd generation but anybody could tell me what my mac is and which airport card I should purchase?
Thank you. Here's is a spec of my mac

Model Name: Mac Pro
Model Identifier: MacPro3,1
Processor Name: Quad-Core Intel Xeon
Processor Speed: 2.8 GHz
