Will you be using it with an iPad or iPhone, or only with your MacBook? If the latter, then you don't need an "AirPrint" printer.

You may also look into this program that allows you to use any printer for AirPrint. http://www.collobos.com/

I use this with my network attached Brother laser printer and works flawlessly. Only catch is that you will need to have a PC/Mac on all the time where the program is installed to use it. Other then that there are many uses for it from printing, dropbox support and so on plus the ability to use it with any printer therefor you are not tied to using a HP printer.

To use with my Macbook Pro.

Budget of £100 but can exceed this but all I need is a good all in one bobbie for general use at home.
Would be a bonus if it can do photo's but not essential.

Was going with this one as it can be had for about £60 elsewhere but a few bad reviews have turned me off it.

I will spend more for the right printer IF needed

Cheers

I have that exact printer, i can attest to both the printing at a slight angle problem and the really loud noises at startup problem, although the angle thing fixed itself after a few days and it's been fine since. Other than that it's not a bad printer for the price.
