This is what I use. Its not the prettiest solution but it works.

I use a Widget called Sing that iTune. Just click on the little i in the corner and tell it to save lyrics to iTunes Library.

You have to play your songs for it to get lyrics, but it will get lyrics in appx 5 seconds, so you don't have to play them long if you're quickly just looking for them.
