I am leaning towards the brown since I have always had the black on black combo and want a bit of a change. This tone of brown looks good; however, is it distracting? The reason why I prefer black phones to white ones is because with the black bezel, I can watch content without getting distracted.

I have a brown case on my space grey. It is not distracting at all because the olive brown color is very dark and blends into the black bezel very well.

I tried getting into the colors. Just couldn't. They are nice but for me they were distracting. Plus black on black is always the best.if you want some color I would probably stick to midnight blue. Can't wait for BJ to respond to this thread!

With a little bit of wear, the olive brown starts to get very dark and looks nice and classy.

I tried all the colors and would say that you can't go wrong with either red, midnight blue or black.. And now I am settled with a red and a black leather case.

Well, as a self appointed stylish person I began to put more greys and silver's with Brown lately. I like the look...I also rock brown with my plus.

That said, I never see the grey on my phone anymore since I got the Brown case lol.

I had the first brown, the light brown for both my old mini and old 5.

The black/brown looked cool.

Not being able to find a black Plus anywhere I settled* for a white, er Silver, and went with black for the stormtrooper look lol.

But otherwise, yes, black is boring lol.

I was going to go all black, but after seeing the black leather in person, it just reminded me so much of an old school paper scheduler with leather binders. Reminds me of the corporate PC world, beige cubicles, and motivational seminars. So I went with the Olive brown to feel classier and more in tone with the creative world I'm in.

Olive Brown or Black? I am used to having a black case as it doesn't distract but recently I've liked the look of the olive brown... looks very sleek / classy.

Only true answer is which do you like best? Any one else's answer to that question should have zero bearing on your decision.

And WTF is this "distracting" word people keep using when referring to a case? How does a case distract anyone from using their phone? That's the dumbest thing I've heard in a long time.
