iPad Which art/note app?

Hi! So I’m a fashion designer and will be getting my first iPad Pro but I can’t figure out what art program to use. I am familiar with using illustrator and photoshop but I’m not really looking to replace those programs. What I’m really wanting to do is make a design idea “digital sketchbook” how this would look for me is I have a page with a reference image I found online then I would want to add a sketch to that same page, then add some text/notes about this idea then ideally I would have multiple “pages” I could flip through with various lists and ideas. I’m not looking to do full illustrations but more like “idea pages” with images and notes and lists and sketches.... is there a program like this? Any ideas how I could do something like this?
