Hi

I'm setting up a new network, which cable should i use?
The distance between each device (Time Capsule / PC (streaming iTunes files over Home Sharing) / AirPort Express) is max 20m.
I need a really fast connecting as i'll be streaming alot of files (ripped VOB movies, and iTunes files).

Any who could recommend a specific brand?
I live in Denmark and normally use Amazon.co.uk

Just to make sure, you don't need Gigabit Ethernet to stream DVD video and music, as they are using a data rate of less than 1.25MB/s, that is a speed, even 100 Mbit/s ethernet can provide.

CAT6a is the best current standard for Gigabit ethernet. Brand really shouldn't matter...

Expensive and not really necessary at this point, though.

CAT5e is fine for gigabit ethernet, but if the connection is supposed to be future proof (e.g for wiring a house), then CAT6 (or CAT6a for connections > 50m) should be used.

Hrm... kind of like Gigabit ethernet networks themselves... at this point;-)

Depends on your usage. :p For most users that don't have decent network storage or servers, fast ethernet certainly is fine, but there are others (like myself :)) who require fast transfers.
