I somehow destroyed the battery on my 5S. I don't know how but in the end it went from 100% to 0% in half a day. And it could jump from 42% to 0% in the blink of an eye and then would have to charge it for it to turn on again. And then land on perhaps 22%. Very strange :) One of the reasons could be that I use a wide variety of charging cables with it. All non-Apple ones. For instance the ones on this page.

For now I'm using the original cable that came in the box but one cable is not enough for me and the original ones are rather expensive for what job they do. I'd prefer having one for my charging station at home, one in my bag for random use and one for a power bank.

Should I just quit rambling and buy a random charging cable? :D
