Carrier Which Canadian carrier will most likely have the X on launch day?

I know Bell, Telus, Vidéotron, Rogers have confirmed stocking the iPhone X...but I'm still trying to find out which will be allowing pre-orders and which will have the greatest stock..

I'm currently with Vidéotron on a 15Gb/month plan for 85$ and hope to keep the same contract....although if they don't offer pre orders, ill probably get a new carrier

I plan on buying outright from Apple and add the phone as a BYOD to my plan.
