Hi, I was wondering which macbook air case or sleeve would be the best to get and cost 40 dollars or less. Post pictures if you can :)

Would like to hear of any UK options for the MBA 11inch, casewise - high street stores have nothing, and Amazon seems to only have average cases in so far..!

Travelling to US next week for holiday, will I be able to pick one up there? (Boston..?)

You may want to get a SFBags sleeve and have it shipped to your hotel address. They seem to be making some of the best sleeves right now. The other option is several Target, Walmart, and Staples stores in the US carry netbook cases like the Swissgear 11.6-12" netbook sleeve that fits the 11.6" Air and so you could pick one of thus up at most stores. Again, I think it will still be a couple more weeks until we see cases specific for the 11.6" air in stores.

Thanks for the advice. Have been out today in the UK and purchased a £22 generic netbook sleeve from PC World that they had on sale with the MBA. By Tucano, designed for netbooks 'upto 11.6 inch' but it fits nice actually.

Will wait I think, actually would like to see if Paul Smith do a new line of cases for the 2010 airs.

I bought a case from Muji for £11.95

I have pre-ordered the sleevez for 11" MBA from Radtech as I have it on my MBP and it is light without extras. The best part is it doesn't attract as much lint as neoprene. But the material is the same as their fine cleaning cloth (optex).

This sleeve is best to be used inside a laptop bag as it doesn't have any drop/bump protection. Besides, since it has a very tight fit and to avoid scratch on the white apple logo on the MBA, you need to keep the MBA as clean as possible.

There are a few colors to choose for the sleeves and if used with Wrapsol or Invisible Shield, etc, the best color of the sleevez is grey as other colors may stain the film, according to my experience.

the colcasac sleeves are really nice, had one for my 13" pro that my g/f now uses for her 13" air.

I would get one for my 11" air but when you add on the shipping to the UK it's quite pricey.

I had a be.ez la robe allure case for my 11", got it for £22 off ebay. Fit really nicely. Sold it on with my 11" 2gb model, and then got an incase sleeve with my 11" 4gb model. Not quite as good as the be.ez but nice nonetheless. I wouldn't pay the £30 apple charge for it though!

Tom Bihn Sleeve - $30

Love this sleeve. The 13" fits perfectly, well padded, looks great, and slips easily into a messenger bag. No zippers, so no unintentional scratches.
