I'm torn between white and black. All previous of my Iphones have been Black. I'm thinking that white would be a nice change. That anodized Black looks sharp on the new phone however. I will be having a case on it so I suppose that it won't be a big deal.

What color is everyone else planning on?

You're going to get hell for this thread...

But I plan on buying white, it's a jewel. I'd purchase black if it actually looked like the renderings on Apple's site, but the metal plate is less dark than shown. Plus the white is simply amazing.

I'd go with white but it looks too girly and unprofessional...

I'm obviously kidding guys, just playing a sterotype :p

I'm still debating. I'm kind of concerned that the black one will look really bad once it gets worn as the scratches will be much more noticeable. I plan to use it without a case so I'm leaning towards white.

i will go for the BLACK for sure, cuz i am currently using the WHITE iPhone 4S and i still preferred BLACK and especially the iPhone 5 is Black with Slate :D

Black as usual. Every electronic device in my house, other than some kitchen appliances, and furns are black. Including a majority of my shirts. =P
I love the black color. xD

I'm going with the safe bet because I only like the white one when I see someone else with a blue or odd colored case on it.

I usually am like "Dang that case makes that white iphone looks nice"..

Then I look down at mine and realize how sleek it looks, in a black case. Discreet too. Not too gaudy.

White.

Those that think the color of a phone makes you look less professional need to get their personalities checked out.

Haha!

Good to hear, because the white is really growing on me, and I've had a black iPhone since the iPhone first launched. The black kind of looks blah with EVERYTHING being black. It does look sleak, but the white iPhone 5 looks fresh.

I think I'm going to go white. Plus I flipped a coin, and it also said to go white. LOL

I'm still leaning towards white about 70/30. I've always had a white iPhone, however, so I may take a couple minutes in store while in line to make a final decision. Can't go wrong with white. I have an alpine white car and I don't seem to get any negative looks for being a guy.

I might just hafta go black again, kids.

I've had every iPhone, and they were in this order:

Original (no choice there)
Black 3G
White 3GS
Black 4
White 4
White 4s

Yes, I bought 2 of the iPhone 4. I originally wanted it in white.

I dunno.... the letterboxing of anything that's not made especially for the 5 has me thinking that I might like the black borders on the front of the black phone (because they'd blend in visually with the letterboxing) more than I'd like the white borders on the white (accompanied by black letterbox, then screen).

Still, I have a bit of a soft spot for the classic Apple white.

Decisions, decisions.

I've always gone with white but this time even I think it looks girly with the white and silver combo. The black and slate is much cooler :)

I am going with black
Daughter is getting white

None of which matters to anybody else. Get what you want.

Exactly the same ones I've had... Always think Apple products look better in white, but this time I'm not so sure and may go black...
