Which compression in iMovie?

I've made a JPEG+Movie sequence with iMovie and would like to burn it with iDVD. I tried to export it uncompressed but it gets TOO big. There are lots of compression codecs in iMovie (H.264, MPEG-4 Video, DV/DVCPRO-NTSC and so on). Which one shall I use to have the minimal possible compression (and therefore best quality)?
