I'm from Canada, spend most of my money on Apple products, and need to apply for a credit card. The rest should be self-explanatory, but I'll try to explain just the same; I'd love to get a card that will give me rewards/points to use towards Apple products, if there is such a card. I know US residents can get the Juniper Visa card here (which gives you iTunes points):

but I can't find one for Canadians. Any good suggestions as to which route I should take? I'm really hoping for some good advice here. Thanks in advance.

AMEX, MC, or Visa

There isn't a Canadian credit card company that gives any kind of Apple reward program that I've found. Better to use it with your another rewards program you have.

For example, a MacBook can generate a significant amount of AirMiles if you're on the 1/$15 plan (both MC and AMEX offer this one), especially when combined with the various other offers out there.
