I believe they get stock every day, early in the morning. That's what I've heard at least.

Very possible if you check the store pages in the early morning, you might be able to get the phone you're after on that day.

They restock everyday, throughout the day. They do not know what units/configs they will receive.

Yea, this.. and throughout the day (especially before noon) people miss their appointments and those phones seem to go back up for sale.

Yeah this, for fun I just checked around for Pros in my area. Yesterday I couldn’t find a single one available anywhere (all configs) but checking just now I see a Deep Blue 256gb available right now near me. So the stock definitely changes at all hours of the day.

Same. Consistently seeing some stock available for me in the UK at different times throughout the morning and afternoon.

Yes but it’s been more than a week since launch. Those early pre-orders and orders that haven’t been picked up would be refunded and released by now.
