I am going to be authoring a few DVD's for my own private disc pressing exercise and want to output the finished article from DVD Studio Pro to DLT, specifically because it can carry the CSS flags whereas a standard DVD-R drive will not burn the necessary flags to the disc (an authoring drive is needed).

So, my question is, what is a suitable, reasonably priced DLT drive that will play nicely with my Mac Pro? I do not have any budget as of yet because DLT is a new to me and I haven't got a clue what to look for!

Many thanks in advance for any help.

DLT drives are hard to come by. I haven't seen any recently being advertised by companies and few make them. I would search around on eBay and finding one that will fit in the empty slot in your Mac Pro might be hard because all the one's that I've seen have been bigger than a SuperDrive or standard disc drive. I have seen them for $100 for an okay one to $900 for a good one.
