Which do you prefer: Mission Control or Exposé?

Which do you prefer: Mission Control or Exposé?

Mission Control is Exposé, just merged with Spaces to provide multiple desktop functionality. I don't see any reason why someone would want to go back to Exposé as it is basically Mission Control without newer features.

I often use exposé as mission control lags pretty hard on my rmbp 13 (2014). If anyone knows if that is possible to fix I would be very happy to know!
