Which dock extender cable works best with iPad keyboard Dock?

I plan to put the iPad on a stand. I really like the special keyboard features of the iPad Keyboard Dock. I think I will need a dock extender to make it work since the iPad doesn't fit on the keyboard dick while in a case. Which dock extender cable work best?
