Which earphones do you recommend for 30€-40€?

Hi everyone,

So about 6 months ago I bought Sennheiser CX-300 Earphones... They worked great! About 2 months ago I left them in my pants and put them in the wash.
They Still worked but the sound leaked a bit. So 2 days ago I was listening to music and one earphone went. I couldn't hear anything through the left earphone.

Now I would like to buy new earphones. Which ones do you recommend? I'm looking for these specs: symmetrical, noise canceling and in-ear.
