Which email address to use in Mac Mail

Hi all,



I have multiple email addresses logged into Mail. I send emails to certain people from only one email address. Specifically, any email address with "@xyz.com" ending, I send from one email address. Could I get Mail to recognise this and automatically switch to that email address, to prevent me from accidentally sending it from the wrong account?
