Which external HD for use with Time Machine?

Which do you macrumors folks suggest? Im looking into an external drive for easy use with Time Machine. Ive been looking at the Maxtor OneTouch 4 Plus, and the Iomega UltraMax? Which of these two are better/more reliable, or perhaps any other suggestions?
