Which fingers do you use to scroll?? (index/middle ect)

Every video of any Mac trackpad people use the index and middle finger to two finger scroll, I tend to use my middle and ring ringer to scroll.. how about you guys?

Also when pointing and clicking, do you guys use the index finger for navigating around and clicking, or another finger and click with the index.

this is a serious question btw!
