Which FireWire cable to get?

I have a 13" mbp with fw800 and a WD 1TB My Book with FW400. Which is the correct cable I need to hook these up together. I want to purchase from monoprice.com if you could link from there. They have 4 pin and 8 pin so I'm confused which one to order. Thanks.

8pin to 6pin most likely. 8 pin is 800. 6 pin is 400 with power. 4 pin is 400 without power (normally camcorders only).

From monoprice.com I purchased two cables for my new 17".

a 800 cable and a 400-to-800 cable. Using the firewire 800 cable and Target Disk mode the transfer was extremely fast.
