which firmware update do I download?

Boot camp is telling me I need to update my firmware, and the software update isn't automatically displaying it. Apple's website says I should download it manually, but which file is it? I own an iMac. The list of downloads is here:

Well I downloaded the iMac one and it told me I didn't need the update. But whenever I try opening boot camp assisstant, it tells me it needs to be updated?? Any help appreciated!
