WHICH google exchange contacts come to ip?

I'm not getting all of them, including some people i email or gchat with pretty regularly. how do i fix this? i realize there is "contacts" and then "google global contacts" and those people seem to be in there maybe, but i can't pull them up in autocomplete send fields.

Go into your exchange settings and turn your contacts off. Then turn them back on and they should all populate (at least they did for me).

The contacts need to be in the "My Contacts" group at Google.

depending on the size of your contacts it might take some time to load. Everytime i setup my google contacts via exchange again on my iPhone it doesn't always populate with all my contacts. Giving it some time and eventually it gets all my contacts synced up.
