Which graphics card

Regardless of screen size and assuming 16 GB of RAM may I ask the readers to please help advise me on which graphics card is great for streaming video playback (like Netflix) as well and playing movies downloaded through iTunes?

Is the Intel Iris Pro enough or do I need the AMD Radeon R9 M370X?

Iris Pro is great for streaming videos, you will have no problems.

AMD chip doesn't even activate unless you are doing something really intensive, like playing a game.

Iris Pro wouldn't even be working hard to do Netflix.

If that's the most graphic intensive thing you do, you will no benefit whatsoever from the discrete card. You don't need 16GB of RAM to do it either.

Agreed. The Iris Pro is a capable card for anything that doesn't benefit from the 2Gb of VRAM or uses OpenCL.

They're nothing like the inept Intel Integrated graphics of a few years ago.
