It seems to me, silly enough, that most people use their right hand/ear to speak on a phone. I am curious as to the number of people who actually USE their left hand/ear, therefore are prone to this signal issue on the iPhone 4, and if people who use their right hand/ear are experiencing the signal issue.

That's highly weird. Everyone I know uses their right hand to hold their cellphones, with the exception of two people I know who have hearing problems (their right ear is much weaker or cannot hear at all).

Even my lefty friends use their right hand/ear on the phone.

Left hand, but it doesn't cover the left corner (not because of the reception issue). Last 3 fingers on the right side of the phone, index finger on the top (between the sleep/wake and the black strip), and thumb right next to the volume controls...feels natural for me, and never had any dropped calls (yet) :)

Reason why righty using their left hand to hold the phone, is because they use their right hand to do things, like writing, typing, smoking, using the mouse, etc....
