Which hard drive for white Macbook?

I am going to upgrade the hard drive in my white Macbook to a 320GB drive and I am having difficulty choosing between a Fujitsu and a WD drive. I've had problems with using external WD drives with macs before but not sure about the internal ones.

Which would you suggest?

i remember a ayear ago buying a 250gig 5400 drive for my mb for 180-190 ish

now its only 70!

I bought one when 320GB had just come out and it cost me £125 but I cant remember what make it was

I'm not sure what a good price is but I like my 250 WD Scorpio. I have several externals and have had great service from them. I bought a 250 WD Passport external. I then cloned it with my MB via Superduper free app. Cracked the cases and put it in along with a 4gb crucial ram kit. I then put the 160 that I removed into the Passport housing for another drive.
