I've been looking to upgrade my hard drive to 500 GB on my 13 MBP and wanted to know which one to buy. Now I had been reading on problems with the WD with clicking problems and others complaining about Seagate. I've heard nothing about Hitachi's 500 GB so I'm in the dark about that.
My question is which one do you recommend? Also where, on new egg, can I get one without 'shock protection' since the MBP has that built in?
