Which HD to buy for MBP?

Hi everyone.

So I would like to replace the HD in my MBP. I have read the guides and feel confident that I can do it. I bought my Mac from John Lewis and they said that replacing it would not void my warranty. (Even if it did I would still do it I think.)

I am looking at either the Hitachi 320GB or the WD Scorpio 320GD.

1) Any problems with my choice?

2) The HD in my MBP (120GB) is SATA I (1.5 GB) - am I able to replace it with SATA II?

Both of those are good choices, the WD is 3GB and runs fine in the MBP
