Which HDD to buy for upgrade?

I'm thinking about upgrading a 120 gb stock drive for my two and a half year old Macbook Pro. I was considering the Seagate 500 gb at 7200 rpm, however, I realized the problem with the beeping, any better suggestions?

Note: It's best if I can get a 7200 rpm hdd with at least 320 gb
