Which HDMI for Macbook (2007, black)

Hey, I am curious what kind of HDMI cord(s) I need for my Macbook. It's from 2007, black version.

I just bought MLB.TV and I want to hook it up to my HDTV so thats why I am asking.

If anyone could provide the type and/or what adapters also a link to one on amazon that'd be so helpful.

The mid-2007 macbook has a mini-DVI output port with support for DVI, VGA, S-video, and composite video (requires adapters, sold separately).

mini-DVI to HDMI adaptor

you would still need an HDMI cable to connect it to your T.V. that is if your television has a HDMI port. There are also mini-dvi to DVI and VGA.

Mini-DVI Adapter + HDMI Cable + Audio Cable

I have this setup, and I also bought it for MLB.TV!!! The numbers next to each letter refer to the part number from the place I got it, http://www.monoprice.com. It's far cheaper through monoprice than to go to radio shack, the apple store, or best buy. FAR CHEAPER, and the quality is pretty good too.

This is what you will need:
A) 4852: Mini-DVI to HDMI Adapter
B) 3993: 10ft 28AWG High Speed HDMI Cable w/Ferrite Cores - Black

C) 5599: 10ft Premium 3.5mm Stereo Male to 2RCA Male 22AWG Cable (Gold Plated) - Black

or

C) 5578: 10ft Premium 3.5mm Stereo Male to 3.5mm Stereo Male 22AWG Cable (Gold Plated) - Black

I made the mistake of getting C) 5999 instead of C) 5578, but it might be different for your TV. Check your TV first!

I need something different.

Also, the tv I have is 32" Samsung HD. 1 year old.

However, you're saying I need THREE(3) different cords!? Danggggg...

Your MacBook is an older version and will not pump the sound through that port.
