Which Home Theatre Kit Should I keep?

Ok, my dad just bought a 5.1 Home theatre in a box for their tv upstairs from Bestbuy and they ended up giving him the wrong model.

He ordered this one:

But got this one:

I don't know a lot about them so should he keep the one they gave him? Or return it for the one he ordered?

The 9505 is defiantly the better one.
