I'm trying to decide between 2 different
Smart Cover compatible 'back covers' for iPad 3 offered from i-Blason:
I am wanting either a "clear" or "frosted" cover to go with my Black iPad & Black Smart Cover:

i-BLASON SoftGel 2012 New iPad 3 Case Smart Cover Compatible, clear, green, or pink; $17.99

or

i-BLASON iPad 3 Case ultra slim 1.2 mm thick, New iPad 3 Smart Cover compatible, blue, tan, red, frosted, pink, or black; $19.99

Does anyone here own or recommend either of these iPad 3 back covers?

It appears the main difference between the two is that the first unit utilizes a softer (squeshy?) silicone material making it perhaps more comfortable to hold and that the second one is thinner (1.2mm) has a more of smooth neoprene like (slippery?) feel. I like the idea of a cover than won't easily slip out of the hand, but having a thin as possible cover as well.

Which one would you guys recommend? Decisions decisions.

I was just looking at both of those also and wondering what might be the difference and a reason to buy one over the other.

I was also looking at these two cases.
The first one is a TPU case. Flexible but not as flimsy as a silicone case.
The second one looks to be smooth neo material. I'd go with the TPU case.
Less slippery but it might not look as smooth and nice as the second one.
Hard call.

Marware CEO hybrid covers that. All around coverage with great corners protection. Seriously happy over mine. Sleep / wake plus carbon fuex fiber looks so good.
Have fun pickin
