Which imac do I need for editing HD video with Final Cut Express 4?

I'm trying to decide which of these is my best option for editing HD video in Final Cut Express 4. I currently have an imac but need to upgrade.

Current
3.06 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor
4 GB memory
NVIDIA GeForce 9400 graphics

Both of these are the same price, $1,419.00. Any suggestions?

Option 1
(refurb) iMac 27-inch 2.8GHz Intel Quad-Core i5 processor
4GB memory
1TB hard drive
8x SuperDrive (DVD±R DL/DVD±RW/CD-RW)
ATI Radeon HD 5750 graphics with 1GB memory

Option 2
(refurb) iMac 27-inch 2.7GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5
4GB memory
1TB hard drive
8x SuperDrive (DVD±R DL/DVD±RW/CD-RW)
AMD Radeon HD 6770M graphics with 512MB memory

Don't know too much about final cut express and how it utilizes RAM or if it will make use of all cores but since both are the same price I would settle for the 2.7 ghz model considering it is a sandy CPU which performs much better than the previous generation.

2nd the 2.7GHz. It has better graphics. Faster at least and you wont need more than 512MB for 20" screen.
