Which iMacs can utilize dual drives?

I am researching upgrade options on all Intel iMacs (might be buying used ones in bulk). Basically I need to know this: which iMacs can utilize dual drives in manners:

1. putting second drive instead of optical drive
2. putting second drive inside along the optical drive

So I need to know which models have space for secondary drive and free SATA port.
