Which iPad is this ?

So, I'm buying this iPad off this guy on Craigslist & replacing the screen. All he knows is it is a iPad mini. Can u guys tell me if it is a iPad mini 1 or iPad mini 2

I picked it up several hours ago for $25. I think that's a steal. I'm going to replace the screen & use it for school. The screens worse than the pics show

What about the bottom part next to the home button where it looks like the plastic parts look bitten out? Will you be able to replace that part?

Easy enough to fix but if there is any deformity in the frame I use a dremel to file the glass to suit.

No idea, I'm gonna take it to this local shop & see what they quote me on it. That probably explains why the screen moves on its own.

The non laminated screens mini 1/2&3 are very very cheap $20 tops.

Easiest way to tell is that it is missing the second microphone on the rear casing- as such, it is a first gen mini.
