Which ipad will hold its value them most

Hey people, I'm a long time lurker, decided to register!

I've been hanging on to buy a new imac but as its not been released yet and as I'm going to be away with work for the summer I was thinking of buying an ipad and selling it in September and buying an imac then...

Do you think any particular ipad is more desirable than another?

I can use my phone as a wifi hotspot if needed so i dont mind either with or without the sim card option..
