Which iPhone 4 to buy out of these two?

Ok so I wanna run iOS 5.1.1 or 5.0.1 on a Verizon iPhone 4 16 or 32gb. I found the 2 phones on eBay, and I'm torn. I need suggestions.

Good thing about phone 1 is it has a bunch of blobs saved, and is in better shape. It is a little more expensive though, but it comes with a case and etc.

This phone is better because of the seller feedback, but the bad is that it's on 5.0.1, not 5.1.1 witch I prefer. No blobs saved, so I would have to hope I can dump them and side grade. It's also kinda smashed up.

Well, y? That's the point. But I prefer iOS 5.1.1 phone 1 has tons of blobs saved, whereas phone 2 has no blobs saved. It's on 5.0.1. I like the phone 1 better, and it's in better condition.
