Which iPhone 5s adapter works with old 4s cable and equipment for charging and audio?

I think Apple must sell one but that should cost some pretty pennies. Any other options?

Unless you really need analog audio, I'd rather just get a couple Mfi Lightning cables off Amazon/Monoprice for the same price, or a Lightning adapter and a generic micro USB cable.
