Which iphone buy if i already have an 5s

This post is very tricky. But I need to make a decision.

I have an 5s and my girlfriend a 4s. We live in Argentina and it's difficult to buy here, but we are going to USA in May.

I was thinking to buy a 6 and give her my 5s, but i'm not sure because the size and I usually buy the "s" edition. I don't trust in the first one.

My first idea is to buy a 5c to my GF because the 4s will be useless the next year. And to buy this one is $300 cheaper than the 6. But, you know, is an old phone with an A6. At the same time, it is a 64-bit phone and it's LTE-enabled.

So, here we are.
What would do you recomend me ?

If you are keen on waiting, ask her what she wants? If anything you could always just buy her a 5s as well.

Actually, it's a good idea. I'm looking for used phones on eBay or Craiglist, maybe I can find a $300 iphone 5s

6 is almost the same size as the 5s, especially if you put case on them.
