I'm slightly underwhelmed with the new design. Extending the length for the screen size and giving black buttons and a bezel is just not enough. The inner upgrades are worth getting the new phone but I was just hoping for more of a wow factor. In addition, we now have to replace all our chargers and docks anyways bc of the new lightning cord. So we should get a new design :D

All of those look too fragile looking, I like my iPhone to have some decent thickness to it.
 
You voted for an invisible phone :p (sorry, had to make fun... but I don't see an image for concept 4).
Edit: Now I see 4. And having a hard time telling the difference between it and 2.... ok, I see a little difference. I'd pick 4 with the same caveat about 2, it doesn't look quite right and I can't put my finger on why.

Personally, I'd honestly take what they gave us now over any of those. I like the 4's design aesthetics and I liked that they used it for this one.

But if I had to choose one of those I suppose I'd take 2 though something just doesn't look right about 2 to me... can't really place my finger to put it into words though what it is that is bothering me about it.

I really don't like 1. but honestly I didn't like the ipods of that design either.

And I *HATE* 3... that just looks ugly, clunky, with a lot of extra crap around the screen for nothing. As well as cheap and well, very 80's/90's ish (not sure which, but the design looks about that old). Oh, and it won't sit on a table well cause it will rock easily if you touch it if you are wanting to set it down and use it that way while you eat or whatnot.
 
And it's lightning, like the electrical weather phenomenon, not lightening, like someone bleaching their hair.
 
I didn't vote because I didn't like any you posted. Here are two concepts I like, but there's actually one I like even more so, but I can't find the site I saw it in last year during the rumored 4S. It was from a Japanese website and the concepts were incredible. These two were not apart of them.

I like the first one there (too bad they didn't conceptualize it with the screen on cause I'd like to see that to make a full evaluation) but don't really like the 2nd one.
 
Just chose two, but heck to be honest I'm not entirely so sure... Renderings are inferior to reality :).

Wow...the iPhone 5 actually looks nice now even though it wasn't a totally radical design.

Gotta appreciate Ive and the design team after I saw those concepts.
 
I think edge to edge would drive me nuts as I often rest my thumb on the bezel. If it was edge to edge it couldn't be super thin too...

In reality I'd prefer that one for the Ip6. Concept 4 would still be my pick bc of it coordinating the new ipad.

Actually, I agree. I should've added the reasons for my posting that second photo was for Apple to offer additional colors such as those depicted in that image with the design of the first image.
 
exactly what apple crapped out but with a tad increase in screen width. all and all i think the new phone looks great. white is MEH black is perfect.
 
I'm all for something better, more wow, but none of these are better than the actual 5. Keep trying.

I also tend to agree with what Ive said in the video. People have such a connection with their iPhone, that you cant go radically changing it too much.

Lol, let's all bombard apple w emails of this design. What would be really cool if they had a people's choice design voting! Limited edition.
