Which iPhones get to have the specular effect that follows the tilt of the phone?

Concerning the dynamic application icon highlights, I know that some don't and some do, but which ones exactly?

I wish there was a chart that shows which iOS 26 features are disabled for which phones.

I think it might be available on iPhone 13 and up but not 100% sure.

Not on my 13 mini. What a strange feature to bar considering it supports spatial wallpapers apparently. It's annoying because the highlight glint just randomly changes positions instead. Sometimes it'll be on the left and right sides, others it'll be opposite corners, sometimes the top and bottom. No rhyme or reason.
