I have a 2010 C2D MBP and I have heard just like most that microcenter has a sale for the '11s at $999. Just out of curiosity, which one would be better for games?

which 2010? and the $999 sale is it the 13"? If it is, the 13" its not a gaming machine at all. It would do games from 2008 and below fine to great. but newer games would struggle a bit. SC2 has no problems though.

Sorry for the lack of details. Yes, I know that the 13" isn't much of a gaming laptop, but between the 13" of the '11 and '10 which is better. Mine is 2.4 ghz C2D. with standard drive, 4gb ram

I would say the 2010 has a slight edge.

Why is Apple making drivers for Nvidia cards btw, doesn't make sense. Can't Nvidia do it?

I couldn't tell you.

If gaming in OS X, the 2011 model may be a better choice for you considering that it has a faster processor. The difference between the 320M and HD 3000 is negligible in Mac OS X, but considerable in Windows.
