I'm trying to decide between these two cases for my new 4S that is coming, what do you guys think?

Yeah I think I'm going to go with the Candyshell. Does it add a lot of bulk and weight to the phone?

The Candyshell is not too bulky or heavy. The Pixelskin HD is definitely thinner and lighter. I think it comes down to whether you need more protection.
I would rather drop my phone with the Candyshell on it than the Pixelskin HD, but if you want a thinner, lighter case then the Pixelskin HD would be for you.
They are both nice cases either way.

I just ordered a PixelSkin, but now I want a CandyShell.

I hear ya.
I've been through so many cases it's crazy. I am trying to decide what to go with on my new iPhone 4S when I get it. I have an almost new Candyshell I may use but there are some other nice cases out there I haven't tried yet so I am thinking of picking something else up.

CandyShell will provide more protection than the PixelSkin HD. Both are outstanding cases BUT you should know that because the CandyShell is thicker in the dock area it may not seat in all docks.

Example: I have a Sony Clock/Alarm Dock and the CandyShell will not fit with the use of a SendStation Dock Extender. If you can get over this then I feel the CandyShell is the way to go.

Alright, I think white Candyshell on my black 4S is what I'm going to do. I don't think I'll be using a dock of any kind anytime soon, so that works for me. I want to have my phone protected but not too bulky or heavy so I might have to check it out at the store first.

AHH I'm so torn. I am also thinking about a thinner case like the Incipio Feather. I just don't like the feel of those case materials like the pixelskin.

Looking into this as well.. Do you guys notice a lot of lint grabbing with the pixel skin HD?

Was planning in going naked but friends recommended the candy shell and it got me searching.

I like the Candyshell more after owning both. Now I use my Casemate ID case, which holds two cards. However, I just noticed that Speck makes the Candyshell with a card holder in the back so I might get that.

I like the Pixelskin HD better. I used it on my iphone 4 for over a year and it kept it very protected without adding too much bulk. Be careful though as not all Pixelskin HD cases are the same. Some have manufacture defects were the volume and sleep buttons will be very hard to press. The volume and sleep buttons are supposed to press with ease and not hard so make sure if you get one, you get one without defects. I bought over 6 of them for different iphone 4 phones so I know what I am talking about. Out of the 6, 3 had the defect to the point where the buttons were almost unusable. Also, a case that is very similar to the Pixelskin HD and is just as thin and protective that I really like is the Incipio NGP case. It also makes a lip above the screen so you also get the screen protected.
