Which is better VMware Fusion or Parallels?

in terms of sharing files, using one thing from another and moving and onto another screen and good for document keeping and at the same time using 2 windows at the same time, and which has the best firewall, and which is the best and easiest to use?

My vote is for VMWare Fusion 2. Hands down amazing, plus it supports graphics acceleration.
