Which is the better display?

I need an external monitor to pair with my 13-inch MBP. Which if the following is the best value?

The HP, I've heard, is very nice. Plus, its got the look of the ACD's. But I personally have, not the s2309w, but the s2009w, and I love it. LCD's are great monitors, I get no glare, and a beautiful sharp image. So I would say go with the HP or Dell, or just go into Best Buy and check 'em out, so you really get a feel of what they look like.

Does anyone have any experience using that HP w/a Mac? It appears to only have an HDMI input or VGA (no DVI). Just wondering if it will work OK as I know some people have had problems with the mini-displayport to HDMI cables...
