Which is the last phone Steve was involved?

Hello. I am considering to buy either the iPhone 4S or wait for iPhone 5. Is iPhone 4S the last phone that Steve was involved in the design/production?

I would assume not, does it really matter though. Apple has a very competent design and production team which are capable of operating without him however Jobs loss is still unarguably a major blow for Apple.

The General may be gone but he's left a highly trained army behind. There's nothing to worry about.

I would about bet the IPhone 7 or 8 has been talked about at Apple. I read on this site about Apple toying with curved glass for an upcoming IPhone and who knows how long that will be? Steve was always looking way ahead, his ideals will still be used for several years I bet.

Apple and many other companies look years in the future, I wouldn't be surprised if Jobs has some involvement for iPhones in the next five years.
