I'm using C'UPS and I love it... the only thing I would change is the size of the icons. The notification number overlaps the other icon.

How bad is the slowdown for Winterboard? Last time I tried it on my iPhone 3G and it really lagged my phone.

use Bigify awesome app for changing the icons size also you can tilt them or make them more transparent
